What do I need to use Oblongato?
An iPhone running iOS 18 or later.
Does Oblongato cost anything?
Oblongato is free for now. If paid features arrive in the future, we'll explain them clearly first, and you'll always choose whether to buy them.
Are my tasks backed up?
Yes. When you're signed in, your tasks and projects sync to your account, so they come back if you sign in on a new iPhone.
How do I export my data?
Open Settings, tap your account at the top, then choose Export my data. You'll get a file with your tasks, projects, labels and history.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, tap your account at the top, then choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it from our servers, and can't be undone.
Why is the weather showing the wrong place?
Oblongato shows the weather for the city you choose in Settings, or the city of your iPhone's time zone if you haven't chosen one. You can change it in Settings.
Can I see my calendar in Oblongato?
Yes. Connect Apple Calendar in Settings and your events appear in the Diary. Any account you've added to your iPhone's calendar, including Google and Outlook, works. Your events stay on your iPhone.
How do I block or report someone?
Open their page in Friends, tap the ⋯ button, and choose Block or Report. You can unblock people later from Settings → Privacy → Blocked people.
I'm testing Oblongato on TestFlight. How do I send feedback?
Take a screenshot in Oblongato and tap Share Beta Feedback, or open the TestFlight app and tap Send Beta Feedback. You can also email us any time.
